At ThePack Underwear, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, we accept returns on unworn items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
